Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing trunks are dried and then transformed into components using milling machines, routers, tenoners, cutters, and grinders. The elements are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal in rods is cut, bent manually or using CNC, and finally welded and assembled, smoothed and cleaned. Products requiring painting then go to the department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are woven by hand according to the desired pattern, at this stage only artisanal experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are introduced into the system, which after mounting the necessary mold creates the desired shape in a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with a powder coating line and a water-based painting line.

Stuffed

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to obtain complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and combined with the fabric.

Each product is very carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to the new owner!
