Description

An exciting part of the solid, 1000-piece puzzle series in a square Flame Tree box, featuring powerful and popular works of art. This new puzzle will satisfy your craving for a challenge, showcasing the famous Post-Impressionist masterpiece, Almond Blossom by Van Gogh. This 1000-piece jigsaw is suitable for adults and children over 13 years old. Not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts. The finished puzzle measures 735 x 510 mm / 29 x 20 inches. Now includes an A4 poster for informational purposes.

Demonstrating the influence of Impressionism and Japanese graphics, Almond Blossom was painted in response to the birth of Vincent van Gogh's nephew. Motivated by the occasion and moved by his brother Theo, who named the child after him, Van Gogh painted the almond blossom as a gift for the event. He was previously very inspired by blooming trees and appreciated their power as symbols of renewal. Van Gogh had close relationships with his brother Theo, writing over 600 letters to him throughout his life, many of which still survive today. Today, Van Gogh is one of the most beloved and respected artists worldwide.
