Exclusive chest of drawers / buffet cabinet made of rattan - Kenneth Cobonpue

Kenneth Cobonpue is a multiple award-winning designer and manufacturer of exclusive furniture from Cebu in the Philippines. His transition into design began in 1987, studying industrial design at Pratt Institute in New York. During his studies, he completed leather and wood workshops in Florence, Italy. He then studied furniture marketing and production at Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg in Reutlingen, Germany. All of this was part of private and government scholarship programs. Kenneth returned home to Cebu in 1996 to manage the project Interior Crafts of the Islands, Inc., a furniture and manufacturing company founded by his mother Betty Cobonpue in 1972.

Discovering that unconventional design can have a new face using natural fibers and materials, Kenneth created functional art pieces that offer an alternative to the Western definition of modern design. Today, the KENNETH COBONPUE brand is known worldwide for its unique designs and a rich clientele, including Hollywood stars and members of royal families.

Garden or interior furniture?

Many available products are furniture suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They differ in finish with special materials appropriate for the conditions. This allows us to enjoy using the same pieces of furniture both at home and in the garden.
