Kenneth Cobonpue – luxury in a natural form

Kenneth Cobonpue's journey as an artist began in 1986. It was then that the future designer enrolled at the prestigious Pratt Institute in New York, naturally in a field related to functional design. He completed his craft internship in Europe, in one of the world's art capitals – Florence, and additionally pursued studies at the German Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg.

After a decade of experience in the United States and Europe, Cobonpue returned to his roots – both literally and figuratively. He moved back to the Philippines, where he opened his furniture manufacturing facility. However, his designs show traces of typically Asian, Zen philosophy-inspired design, as well as inspirations from European modernism and postmodernism. This seemingly impossible combination results in unique furniture that takes your breath away with its design.
