Elena Maldonado is trying to reach her father's house after a brutal beating by a supporter of local businessman Robert Meister. Ray forces them to pay for their ignorance and brutality. Detective Carver and FBI agent Ramona Esposito warn Ray against taking matters into his own hands, unaware of how far Ray has already gone or wants to go.
