Two prerogatives for which the skills and passion of stakeholders and an extremely flexible manufacturing organization are fundamental. This organization can respond just as effectively to stock production and custom orders, allowing customers to create their ideal luxury garden furniture.

Currently, high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase following specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled with mortise and tenon joints and glued with epoxy and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or using CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with only craftsmanship experience guaranteeing the final product at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Upholstery

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with other fabrics.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!

After-sales service

Even after years of happy use, customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
