Production of exclusive cast metal handles is part of the services offered by Marioni to clients and professionals. The collection includes several models, crafted with meticulous attention to quality finish and details. Traditional manufacturing processes take place in Florence, in collaboration with master artisans who have been passing down the art of casting through generations for decades. Upon request, even for small series, custom designs can be created.
MARIONI is a family story
The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni’s intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved and since the 1980s has adopted its current corporate identity. Starting from ceramic materials, the product lines for interior furnishings gradually expanded, with particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creativity in details and manual craftsmanship.
After the premature death of Paolo in 1992, his son Simone took over the brand and led its development and expansion into international markets.
It was during this time that the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramic/fabric and heralding success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products inspired by the past, but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that has enabled the brand to face new digital challenges, culminating in the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR experiences.
In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s firstborn, joined the company as head of communication and quality, marking further generational evolution. This way, the brand continues to evolve, enriched by fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
