Founded in 1895 by David Berti, the family workshop seems to be completely detached from the trends that have dominated the world throughout its history. Its core idea is a commitment to tradition, which is still cultivated by the fourth generation of these Italian artisans.

The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered products. For this reason, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any changes. Changes are very welcome, provided they do not conflict with the existing idea and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike others, the individual stages of knife production are not carried out by specialized groups of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles are among other things made from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
