In a play of contrasting finishes, the SESSANTA collection is renewed by introducing new materials with noble surfaces, such as veneered wood and Fenix ​​NTM® colors. There are also many melamine finishes in wood and solid colors. Finally, various shades of leather enhance the surfaces of workstations.

The cabinet collection, available in two heights, features a play of volumes and voids. The low sideboard consists of an open compartment, doors with glass shelves, a basket with an internal fully extending drawer and soft-close mechanism. Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, Prof’s economic growth and development path has enabled it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with stylish execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and customized furnishing solutions for every workplace.
HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The facility, specialized in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for woodwork, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The company manufactures exclusively at the Falzè di Piave plant in Treviso province and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and consolidate its success by continuously blending tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof’s production organization is focused on “just in time,” enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy, primarily in the local manufacturing district where most raw material and semi-finished supplier companies are located. All products are designed and made entirely in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

DESIGN CONSULTING

Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized equipment proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, sourcing new materials and finishes, to producing samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile manufacturing capabilities, Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, Prof maintains strict control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical support and after-sales services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s high production flexibility allows, besides serial production, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with completely individual finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: a targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in the construction, step by step, until final installation.
The production is fully adapted to individual requirements.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competitiveness through improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to ecological issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and producing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through wood reuse in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof’s commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment, with ongoing efforts for improvement. In 2015, during the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new energy provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.
