The BLOCK 2.0 container collection, available in three heights, features a play of solid and hollow spaces with varying thicknesses. Perfect for wall mounting or as a centerpiece, MADIA consists of an open compartment, a drawer (two drawers in the medium version), and push-to-open doors that provide access to internal shelves. The fronts, doors, and body are available in wood-colored and solid finishes. The thick top is available in marble, leather, veneer, wood, and solid colors. The profiles are crafted from elegant brushed brass sheet, a noble detail that characterizes the entire collection. The wardrobe includes a drawer on an open compartment and a series of push-to-open doors that grant access to internal shelves. The bottom panel is covered with brushed brass sheet. Characterized by a strict capacity based on two main legs, KONSOLA features two push-to-open drawers for easy access. The fronts and body are available in veneer, wood, and solid colors. The top is available in marble, leather, veneer, wood, and solid colors. It is profiled with elegant brushed brass sheet, a noble detail that defines the entire collection.

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that produces prestigious office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over the past twenty years, Prof’s economic growth and development path has enabled it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and high quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with designer execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering complete and customized furnishing solutions for any workspace.

HEADQUARTERS

Prof’s headquarters, including the plant and offices, are located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe’s most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The furniture manufacturing plant is equipped for woodwork, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and logistics of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of prestigious office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 sqm to new offices, and 830 sqm to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing facility produces exclusively in Falzè di Piave, Treviso, and always bases its identity on the utmost respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate “know-how,” which has evolved with new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and solidify its success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation while adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof’s production organization is focused on “just in time,” enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy’s manufacturing district, where most raw material and semi-finished component suppliers are located. All products are designed and made entirely in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

PROJECT

At Prof, every element of equipment stems from an understanding of the changing dynamics of the workplace. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is reflected through the internal Design Department, which works closely with external designers and is constantly updated alongside technological and legislative evolutions. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and health standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and advisory services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized equipment proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, sourcing new materials and finishes, to producing samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile manufacturing capabilities, Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, Prof maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s broad production flexibility allows, in addition to mass production, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in the development and production of unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with completely individual finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in the construction step-by-step, up to the final installation.
The production is entirely adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competitiveness through improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, and rationalization of internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Eco Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through wood reuse in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof’s concrete commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment, and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green mark to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new energy operator (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO-PACKAGING

Prof continues his commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park made from biodegradable cardboard, allowing for individual training in packaging techniques. Optimization tailored to specific products enables significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management within the company, several separate collection points for post-production waste have been established. All waste is stored in special containers, which are subsequently subjected to recycling processes.
