Currently, high-quality garden furniture is a complex product that has no equal compared to indoor furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, materials and processes must be only the best available, and each phase has specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, Cutters, and Sanders. The elements are then assembled using mortise and tenon joints and glued with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern. Only artisan experience guarantees the final product at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to achieve complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with fabric.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!

Post-warranty service

Even after years of happy use, brand customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
