Falk Culinair has been managed by the Van Achter family since 1958, making it a company with strong roots and a long tradition.
Guidelines:
1. Using an oven is recommended up to a temperature of 230°C.
2. Copper conducts heat well, so these products generally do not require full stove power, but about 50-75%. For gas stoves, we recommend placing the pots on a low flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When salting dishes, ensure the water is heated. Adding salt to a pot with cold water will cause pitting corrosion.
Tips:
1. Let utensils cool before washing.
2. The products are not dishwasher safe.
3. We do not recommend using cleaning products containing bleach.
4. We suggest washing with lukewarm water and detergent. After washing, dry the pots immediately with a soft cloth.
5. Over time, a patina may develop on copper. It does not affect the cooking process in any way.
