Manufacturing Process
Each component is crafted using the best machining processes to ensure ultra-smooth operation and unmatched reliability. Final polishing is performed by experts who hand-finish each piece to achieve a flawless shine.
Why Solid Stainless Steel?
The beauty and features of stainless steel have made it an ideal choice for many sculptures and landmarks, such as the Chrysler Building’s peak in New York, the Gateway Arch defining the St. Louis skyline, and the Atomium in Brussels. These same qualities make it the best choice for many industrial and commercial applications, including high-quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures and outdoor installations.
In 1998, MGS produced its first stainless steel mixer for domestic use. No other manufacturer had used it for this purpose before MGS due to costs and technical challenges: stainless steel is more expensive than brass and more complex to operate due to its hardness and higher melting point. These factors did not deter MGS, as the goal was to offer the most premium products to conscious consumers.

- It is 100% lead-free, which allowed MGS to become the first European manufacturer to obtain NSF61 Annex G compliance certification. It also meets the new low-lead requirements in the USA, effective January 2014.
- The finish is achieved through manual polishing rather than chemical processes such as chrome plating or coating. Polished stainless steel is highly resistant to scratches and very durable.
- 100% recyclable, with a significant portion made from recycled materials (about 60%).
- Stainless steel does not release nickel, making it ideal for people with allergies.
- Its non-porous surface is more resistant to bacteria and germs, making it a more hygienic choice for kitchens and bathrooms.
- Perfect for outdoor installation, as stainless steel is resistant to oxidation.
- Ensures a long service life, making it the most cost-effective choice in the long run.
Some competitors now use stainless steel sheets or pipes to cover the interior of brass bodies. This shortcut may reduce manufacturing costs while providing some of the benefits listed above, but certainly not all!
Warranty
MGS products are covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase on all stainless steel parts and a 2-year warranty on all other components. During this period, parts with manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects will be replaced free of charge.
