The manufacturer of gold nibs and fountain pens was established in 1912 as "Maniffattura penini d'oro e penne stilografiche". The history created by this manufactory is fascinating. In 1947, the company changed its name to Montegrappa and continued its activity, maintaining a distinctive character, which lies in the products crafted by talented masters from Vincenza, with incredible dedication and passion appreciated worldwide, regarded as true jewels among writing instruments.
We are pleased to introduce the new collection from 2012 - Fortuna - known as the Goddess of Fortune - the embodiment of luck according to ancient Romans. She is identified as the personification of chance events closely linked with virtue and strength of character. That is why a new collection named Fortuna was created - for those who still indulge in the pleasure of handwritten writing. Montegrappa’s wish is that writing instruments from this line bring happiness, which a person who loves the art of handwriting deserves.
This collection is available in the following versions: fountain pen (filling system: cartridge or converter), ballpoint pen, twist-action pen, and mechanical pencil. All writing instruments are made of black resin with three options for finish: palladium, rose gold, or ruthenium.
