MARIONI is a family story
The brand, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate identity. Starting with ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its interior accessories lines, paying close attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creative details and craftsmanship skills.
After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and international expansion.
During this period, the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramic and fabric, which heralded success thanks to precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products that reference the past but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
