The preparation of coffee depends on cultural, national traditions, personal preferences, and the connoisseur's taste. Coffee beans are ground to varying degrees of fineness, depending on the type and variety of coffee. In most brewing methods, water is used below boiling point. If the water temperature is too low, the coffee will be poorly brewed and taste terrible. If it is too high, bitter compounds are activated, and the coffee grounds dissolve, significantly affecting the consistency and flavor of the brewed coffee.

- Brewing process manually activated by the user via an innovative "Touchdisplay" touch panel,
- Stainless steel heating system for optimal water quality, easy maintenance and descaling,
- Large brewing head with eight thermal points, high brewing temperature of approx. +94°C (92 - 96°C),
- Quiet and fast brewing process, about 5-6 minutes for the entire carafe of coffee, with an audible signal at the end,
- Selection of the desired number of cups – from two to ten, in steps of two – via the screen/touch panel,
- "Blooming" function for quick coffee brewing within 30 seconds, with a carafe warming system,
- Automatic activation of the warming plate after manual start of brewing and maintaining the coffee at an optimal temperature of +80°C for 30 minutes,
