The preparation of coffee depends on cultural, national traditions, possibilities, and the taste of the connoisseur. Coffee beans are ground to varying degrees of fineness, depending on the type and variety of coffee. In most brewing methods, water below boiling point is used. If the water temperature is too low, the coffee will taste poorly brewed. If it is too high, bitter substances are activated, and the coffee grounds dissolve significantly affecting the consistency and flavor of the brewed coffee.

- Brewing process manually initiated by the user via an innovative "Touchdisplay" touch panel,
- Stainless steel heating system for optimal water quality, easy maintenance and descaling,
- Large brewing head with eight thermal points, high brewing temperature approx. +94°C (92 - 96°C),
- Quiet and fast brewing process, about 5-6 minutes for the entire carafe of coffee, with an audible signal at the end,
- Selection of the desired number of cups – from two to ten, in steps of two – via the screen/touch panel,
- "Blooming" function for quick coffee brewing within 30 seconds, with a carafe warming system,
- Automatic activation of the warmer after manually starting the brewing process and maintaining it (via the warmer) for 30 minutes, keeping the coffee at an optimal temperature of +80°C,
- Automatic descaling program that activates after 70 brewing cycles,
