This product, crafted in our Florentine atelier with typical Italian craftsmanship and finesse, perfectly fits classic interiors, and its quality is always guaranteed by compliance with internal production processes certified according to ISO 9001-2015 standards.

Our planters serve a decorative purpose, which means they should not be used without an inner pot to support the plant and a plastic saucer to collect excess water. Temperatures below freezing can cause microcracks in the glaze, which over time may damage the surface. Therefore, it is recommended to place them in sheltered locations protected from the weather.

MARIONI is a family story

The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 on the intuition of founder Paolo Marioni. The initial artisanal nature of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate character. Starting from ceramic materials, the company gradually developed lines of interior accessories, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creativity in details and manual craftsmanship.

After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the brand and led its development and expansion into international markets.
It was during this time that the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramics and textiles, which heralded success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products referencing the past, but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.

The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that led the brand to face new challenges of digitization, culminating in the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR experiences.

In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s eldest daughter, joined the company as head of communications and quality, marking further generational evolution. This way, the brand enters the present with a wealth of fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most refined and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
