The Italian word "Gioiello" refers to jewel or jewelry. These terms are often used to describe the image created by new patterns, as seen in the octagonal Privilege pen. This original shape was partly inspired by the prestigious sense of beauty from the thirties and the collection of pens in the Montegrappa museum. The naturally elegant form of the Privilege has been refined with sterling silver and decorated with new motifs created using a special technique. Original engraving techniques have been applied to all silver elements of the product. The clip has the same finish as the cap, creating a camouflage effect. The collection features four patterns: Arctic with icy reflections; Bark with a grainy tree bark texture; Peacock, with a decoration resembling peacock eye feathers; Wave, inspired by the surface of water stirred by the wind. The Privilege Gioiello collection includes fountain pens and ballpoint pens limited to 500 pieces.

Privilege Gioiello Artic Silver Fountain Pen Limited Edition is designed with an icy reflection pattern, showcasing the "deep embossing" technique without joints. The Privilege Montegrappa Gioiello Artic Silver fountain pen is one of the few made using this technique with sterling silver. Initially inspired by a model from 1930, which was part of the Montegrappa Privilege collection, the pen was a precursor to new engraving techniques and was enhanced with silver and decorated with motifs—using special techniques to display carved patterns. This technique had never been used before. Skilled artisans at Montegrappa can produce only two or three pens daily. Privilege Montegrappa Gioiello Artic Silver pens are available in various nib sizes with 18k gold.
