The tradition of creating pewter products in Italy dates back to the early Middle Ages. This craft was primarily practiced by residents of Lombardy. It was here, in 1954, that Bruno Cosi, together with his nephew Sergio Tabellini, opened his small artisan workshop. He initially focused on creating pewter tableware as well as various decorations. The exceptional craftsmanship and artistic eye ensured that the products from this modest shop quickly gained popularity. Over the years, the small workshop transformed into a large manufacturing facility, and today, the company is managed by the descendants of Cosi and Tabellini – Sergio’s children. The company still maintains a family character and continues to emphasize handcrafted production methods that border on craft and art. That’s why their unique decorations are appreciated worldwide.
