Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing trunks are dried and then transformed into components using milling machines, routers, tenoners, cutters, and sanders. The elements are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal in rods is cut, bent manually or using CNC, and finally welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting then go to the department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are woven by hand according to the desired pattern, at this stage only artisanal experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are introduced into the system, which, after mounting the necessary mold, forms the desired shape in a cycle of heating and cooling, in a neutral color or mass-dyed.
