Currently, high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase subject to specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, Cutters, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled using mortise and tenon joints and glued with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern. At this stage, only craftsmanship expertise guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored hues.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to achieve complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition to its new owner!
