Albino Miranda is a Portuguese manufacturer producing exclusive furniture, closely linked to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures and later expanded to offer unconventional furniture worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa is a fascinating collection that exceeds any design standards, which is why we fell in love with it. They are deeply connected to sculpture and the owner's passion. There is a clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel craftsmanship. The luxurious style is complemented by high-quality materials that we can freely select according to our individual projects. The sculptures, integrated with minimalist forms, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of stylish tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This is a very peculiar blend and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features very modern designs crafted with a light touch. These are luxurious furniture pieces with simple and fresh shapes.
