Sessanta is an exclusive collection of desks, storage units, and conference tables. It combines meticulous material selection to harmoniously and alternately interact across furniture surfaces and volumes. The 60 mm thickness is a unifying thread that distinguishes and unites the collection's elements. Numerous finishes are available, from veneered wood and Fenix® colors to solid wood and melamine in a uniform color.

LOW TABLES are available in square and rectangular shapes in three sizes, suitable for individual use or for combining with each other. They feature a structure and top made of 18/19 mm thick wood. The small square version is available with a magazine shelf or a vase stand (it does not include a water drip collector).

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, rooted in a family industrial environment that designs prestigious office furniture systems deeply anchored in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, the company's economic development and growth path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and high quality worldwide. By consulting with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with stylish execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this enables the offering of holistic and customized furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The facility, specializing in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and logistics of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, sales, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of luxury office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 sqm to new offices, and 830 sqm to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The brand manufactures exclusively at the Falzè di Piave plant in Treviso province and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and solidify its success by continuously blending tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time," enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy, in the regional production district where most raw material and semi-finished supplier companies are located. All products are fully designed and made in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

DESIGN

At Prof, every piece of furniture results from the ability to understand the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy, expressed through an internal Design Department working closely with external designers and continuously updated with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, exploring new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and claims, Professor maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical support and after-sales services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s high production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage of implementation: targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in the construction step-by-step until final installation.
The entire production is fully adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competitiveness by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Professor obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof emphasizes maximum experience in designing and producing office furniture with respect for the environment. Starting from carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through wood reuse in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof’s commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment, and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company's twenty-year anniversary, Prof introduced a new green mark to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new energy provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO-PACKAGING

Prof continues its commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machine park using biodegradable cardboard, enabling tailored training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products allows significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste were established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers and subsequently recycled.
