Description
Tribal C Vase is a glazed ceramic piece with a strong identity, evoking archetypal figures and ancient deities associated with the cult of Mother Earth and her elements. As if emerging from the archaeology of recent memory, it appears as a new fetish for contemporary tribes, symbolizing good omen and protection for new ways of living, in need of renewed rituality that marks transitions and fosters dialogue between our earthly roots and the near future.
MARIONI is a family story
Founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni’s intuition, the company is now in its third generation. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate identity. Starting with ceramic materials, the product lines for interior furnishings gradually expanded, with particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creativity in details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo’s premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the brand and led its development and international expansion.
It was during this time that the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramics and textiles, and heralding success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of exclusive products that reference the past but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that has positioned the brand to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR experiences.
In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s firstborn, joined the company as head of communications and quality, to attest to ongoing generational evolution. Thus, the brand reaches the present with a wealth of fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most refined and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
