High-quality garden furniture today is a complex product unmatched by interior furniture. Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawed logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Dowel Jigs, Cutters, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled using mortise and tenon joints and epoxy adhesives, steel screws, and are finished with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern; at this stage, only skilled craftsmanship guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, forms the desired shape through a cycle of heating and cooling, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with fabric.
