Sophisticated glass chest of drawers on wheels - Tonelli Design

We will take you on a designer journey with glass as the main feature. This material is the highlight of Tonelli's collection. It gives furniture and interior accessories a distinctive shape and character. Let’s start from the beginning… Born in the 80s, with a deep passion for research and experimentation, Tonelli is a reality rooted in the world of design related to the production of glass furniture and accessories. His philosophy is based on combining tradition and modernity, essential elements that merge with a passion for this incredible material.

The brand has been inherited and reinterpreted in a contemporary key, making it a protagonist of modern interior design. The company draws inspiration from the beautiful tradition of ancient Italian glass, as well as from artistic and cultural heritage of priceless value.

Tonelli stands out with a natural ability for innovation and pioneering products, experimenting with new forms of creativity, seeking new ways of living, and transforming into significant and ongoing investments in research and development. The company truly earned recognition for introducing glass in the 80s to the technique of welding flat glass panes, which uses structural adhesive to make it more resistant than in other applications. Over the years, this process has been refined to achieve exceptionally high quality standards. This evolution has not stopped the brand, which now is not only a producer of interior accessories but also offers avant-garde solutions for furnishing all types of spaces.

More fluid than solid: that is glass. In fact, its physical structure is similar to that of a liquid molecule structure. Instead of liquids, glass with varying degrees of plasticity gradually softens, becoming malleable and acquiring the necessary features to function. Durable, resilient, and therefore completely safe, glass can have different thicknesses, from 12-15-20 mm, for countertops and doors.

We are convinced that it is Tonelli’s brand that stands out with its luxurious designs and approach to their realization. This distinction impressed us, which is why we paid special attention to these exceptional products. As you can see, glass can dominate spaces and decorative aspects, while remaining an incredibly delicate substance with a distinctive character. Glass can be associated with many interior design styles, influencing the final look of the entire project.
