Therefore, Montegrappa is proud to introduce new engraving techniques and innovative hand-engraved models from the Privilege family - "Privilege Gioiello".

The Italian word "Gioiello" refers to gemstone or jewelry. These terms are often used to describe the image created by new patterns, such as on the octagonal Privilege pen. This original form was partly inspired by the prestigious sense of beauty from the thirties and also by the collection of pens in the Montegrappa museum. The elegant shape of Privilege has been refined with sterling silver and decorated with new motifs created using a special technique. Original engraving techniques have been applied to all silver elements of the product. The clip has the same finish as the cap, creating a camouflage effect. The collection features four patterns: Arctic with icy reflections; Bark with a grainy tree bark texture; Peacock - decoration resembling the eye of a peacock feather; Wave - inspired by the surface of water stirred by the wind. The Privilege Gioiello line includes fountain pens and ballpoint pens in a limited edition of 500 pieces.

Privilege Gioiello Peacock, features engraved spirals resembling the majestic eye of a peacock tail, showcasing the "deep engraving" technique - without joints. The Privilege Montegrappa Gioiello Peacock Silver pen is one of the few made with this sterling silver deep engraving technique. Initially inspired by a model from 1930, which was part of the Montegrappa Privilege collection, the pen was a precursor to new engraving techniques, enhanced with silver and decorated with motifs created using special techniques that display carved patterns. This technique had never been used before. Skilled artisans at Montegrappa produce only two or three pens daily.  Privilege Gioiello Peacock Silver Pens are available in various nib sizes with 18k gold.
