Made from copper and stainless steel, products from this Belgian company meet the highest standards. The copper coating is just under 2.5 mm thick, ensuring durability and allowing for energy savings.
The variety of shapes and sizes makes it easier to match kitchen contents to various needs and dishes.
Tips:
1. Oven use is safe up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
2. Due to high thermal conductivity, these products typically do not require full power of an electric stove, but about 50-75% of power. For gas stoves, we recommend placing the pots on a lower flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When seasoning, especially when salting, check if the water is warm. Adding salt to a pot with cold water may cause pitting corrosion.
Advice:
1. Let utensils cool down before washing.
2. Do not wash copper pots in the dishwasher.
3. We do not recommend using cleaning products with bleach.
4. We suggest washing in warm water with a liquid. After washing, dry the pots immediately with a soft cloth.
5. Over time, a patina may appear on copper. It does not affect the cooking process.
6. To keep copper utensils looking like new, use pastes and polishes designed for cleaning this type of material.
