The first is based on the idea that everyday objects should be aesthetic, but primarily functional, crafted in an elegant, simple manner—with symmetrical lines, from solid materials, where each element is carefully considered in its final form.
Art Nouveau is the complete opposite of Thistle— decorated items that combine functionality and artistic craftsmanship, elaborate Art Deco, and asymmetry.
Century, on the other hand, is expressive, feminine, and highly original thanks to its rich references to various eras in design history.
