The first is based on the idea that utilitarian objects must be aesthetically pleasing, but primarily functional, made in an elegant, simple style - with symmetrical lines, from solid materials, where every element of the final form is carefully considered.
Art Nouveau is the complete opposite of Thistle - decorated items are a combination of functionality and artistic craftsmanship, refined Art Deco, and asymmetry.
Century, on the other hand, is expressive, feminine, and highly original thanks to its rich references to various eras in design history.
