Privilege Deco Fountain Pen Silver/Pearl Gray (Small)

In mid-2005, Montegrappa revamped the look of one of its oldest and most classic pen models, "Privilege," and presents a new collection: "Privilege Deco."

The new design adorning the "Privilege Deco" series was inspired by a historical model from the 1930s, belonging to the Montegrappa museum. The octagonal shape and precious materials used in the pen's production, which distinguish this collection, have been revitalized with new design and elegant new color finishes. Now, the dominant color is elegant pearl gray. The pattern on the pen's body is crafted using an authentic, rare Guilloche technique, the most traditional artisanal technique. To find the origins of the Guilloche technique, one must go back to the 17th century. Although today it is an extremely rare and complex technique, there are a few artisans who still possess this skill. The Guilloche technique is an ancient art used in goldsmithing, allowing the creation of lines with special tools to decorate precious materials such as silver, gold, or platinum.
The imagination of the creators of this line of fountain pens has resulted in very elegant pens, and with the use of gray resin finishes, they have become even more refined. The manufacturer has left space on the cap, giving the pen owner the option to engrave a personal mark or signature. The clip is finished with the brand's characteristic ball.

The fountain pens are equipped with 18-karat gold nibs, rhodium-plated, and an ebonite feed. They have converters, which can be replaced at any time with ink cartridges.

This edition represents refined elegance while maintaining the ancient tradition of handcrafted artistry and excellence for which Montegrappa is known. Each piece is an individual work of art and unique beauty.
