History – we tell it ourselves!

When we were children, we were placed in front of a lathe. Day after day, year after year, this lathe achieved success in the workshop.

Today, we are known worldwide. But we haven't changed the way we work. We can't, that's just who we are. We love well-made things. Do you know what it means to be well-made? It’s something you’ve thought about, designed, forged, and built right here, before your eyes.

These are objects that do not follow fleeting fashion, that do not change a hundred times, that last a hundred years. There are also those who buy art pieces worldwide, install them, and sell them as Made in Italy. There are those who pay designers to be trendy. There are those who change their path with every gust of wind. We are not among them. Every day we wake up and look at its beauty. It is a mirror of the sky. We have ancient roots. We have hills and villages that inspire artists. For centuries.

Behind us, above us, on a granite promontory, is the Madonna del Sasso sanctuary. From here, you can admire the view of the entire lake, then Mottarone, the Alps, and in front of us, Sacro Monte di San Giulio with 20 chapels decorated with Morazzone frescoes. Straight ahead, in the middle of the lake, is the Island with a Basilica built in the 4th century, rebuilt in 1000 AD. It is important to surround ourselves with beauty and create beauty, while also protecting nature. We have always done this.

That’s why we meet many international certifications, including the most stringent in the world: certification for the USA and California, which require completely non-toxic products. The brass we love and use so much contains no lead. Our faucets do not release nickel or zinc into the water you drink. Nicolazzi S.p.A. has been operating for over 50 years in the sanitary fittings industry, where it independently and originally tests and designs its products in accordance with international standards.

Adopting the Quality Management System was a decision by the Nicolazzi S.p.A. Management Board and has become a fundamental strategic element in the company's development.

In fact, the Management believes it is essential to demonstrate to external bodies (Customers, Suppliers, Certification Bodies, Institutional Authorities) its ability to consistently deliver products that fully meet:

- the requirements specified by the Customer

- the requirements specified by Nicolazzi S.p.A.

- the requirements dictated by sector standards and/or mandatory regulations

The Nicolazzi S.p.A. Management also considers that increasing customer satisfaction through timely and effective implementation of the Quality Management System, and its continuous improvement through monitoring and measuring identified processes, is of fundamental importance.
