The tradition of creating pewterware in Italy dates back to early medieval times. This craft was primarily practiced by the inhabitants of Lombardy. It was here, in 1954, that Bruno Cosi, along with his nephew Sergio Tabellini, opened his small artisan workshop. He initially focused on producing pewter tableware as well as various decorative items. The exceptional craftsmanship and artistic eye of the creator quickly made the products from this modest shop popular. Over the years, the small workshop transformed into a large manufacturing company, and today it is managed by the descendants of Cosi and Tabellini – Sergio’s children.
