We are delighted to present another limited edition of exceptional writing instruments, dedicated precisely to writing and its incredibly important role in human development. These small masterpieces of craftsmanship, with their unparalleled and refined symbolism, honor the art of writing as a means of transmitting knowledge (from Greek, sophia) and fostering human thought.

The cap features an image of the Rosetta Stone, a crucial artifact from an archaeological perspective. Its surface bears text written in three different linguistic systems (hieroglyphs, pictorial script, and classical Greek). The decoration of the cap is complemented by other symbols inspired by ancient Egyptian civilization: examples of hieroglyphs and pictorial script, the image of a sphinx, pyramids, and the depiction of the god of knowledge, whom the ancient Egyptians believed to be the inventor of writing.

At first glance, the design of the body pays homage to the pursuit of knowledge, a concept widely embraced in ancient Greece. The symbolism is inspired by Raphael's famous fresco "The School of Athens," featuring philosophers: Aristotle, Plato, and the great mathematician and thinker - Pythagoras. The surface of the Sophia Limited Edition body is also enriched with images of some of the 4,000 figures representing all the alphabets of the world, whose likenesses adorn the walls of the new Library of Alexandria.

The cap and body of these exceptional instruments are made entirely of sterling silver or yellow gold (depending on the pen version), and then decorated with an extremely exclusive technique of hand hot-engraving, where applications of yellow and rose gold (or rose and white gold) beautifully highlight numerous details and hidden symbolism.
