MY+MIA =MIYA- This is a new collection by Montegrappa. The collection name suggests that its owner possesses a “personal” writing jewel. MIYA was created in three celluloid colors: red, yellow, and turquoise. Celluloid is a material that requires a lengthy maturation process and is then subjected to many treatments, giving it an exclusive character. All these processes make celluloid very delicate and pleasant to the touch, as well as giving it a durable, slightly shimmering color.
We would like to introduce you to an innovative, slightly convex shape at the junction of the cap and the body. The body and cap are made of celluloid, while details are crafted from sterling silver. The cap is decorated with a Greek pattern characteristic of Montegrappa, representing perfect symmetry. The fountain pen has a 18-karat gold nib, a new ebonite feed, and a double filling system: converter or ink cartridges.
