Currently, high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. Therefore, the manufacturing phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase following strict procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Dowel Jigs, Cutters, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled using mortise and tenon joints and epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern; at this stage, only artisan experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in facilities equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with varying densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with other fabrics.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!
