Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawn logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled with dado and dowel joints, glued with epoxy adhesives, and fixed with steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with craftsmanship ensuring the quality of the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in facilities equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Upholstery

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with varying densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.
