MARIONI is a family story
The brand, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition. The initial artisanal nature of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate character. Starting from ceramic materials, the company gradually developed lines of interior accessories, paying special attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are associated with creativity in details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and expansion into international markets.
This was the time of the Cultura d’Arredo collection launch, which presents an extraordinary combination of ceramics/fabrics and signals success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of luxurious products that reference the past but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that led the company to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR reality.
In 2018, the company's firstborn Vittoria joined as head of communication and quality to confirm further generational evolution. In this way, the company reaches the present with a wealth of fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are shared with the most refined and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
