MARIONI is a family story
Founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition, the company is now in its third generation. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has taken on its current corporate form. Starting with ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its interior accessories lines, paying close attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are associated with creative details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the brand and led its development and expansion into international markets.
During this time, the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramic/fabric, and heralding success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of luxurious products referencing the past, but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution, leading the company to face new digitalization challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR reality.
In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s eldest daughter, joined the company as head of communication and quality, marking further generational evolution. Thus, the brand now carries fifty years of experience, combining artisanal production and management concepts, offering the most refined and demanding clients a fully Italian luxury experience.
