The exceptional Italian manufactory Cosi Tabellini creates unique interior decorative elements – from tableware, luxurious and stylish candle holders and chandeliers, to photo frames and original office accessories. A common feature of all these handcrafted items straight from Italy is the material – all are made from solid pewter.
Secessionist Inspirations
Figurines of women were one of the most common anthropomorphic motifs during the Art Nouveau period. Today, they are used by the unique Italian manufactory Cosi Tabellini. They create functional art objects for lovers of subtle and elegant design.
Art Nouveau, although most popular in Europe, spread globally at the height of its development. The fascination with this mysterious, contrasting style, rich in delicate, feminine patterns, was not only due to admiration for its form. Behind this style lay a design philosophy that encompasses entire lives, which take on a strongly aesthetic dimension – the Secession style often dominated homes. They were built in Art Nouveau style, furnished in this style, and even the smallest decorative element was inspired by natural structures cherished by artists of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
