Secessionist Inspirations
Figures of women were one of the most common anthropomorphic motifs during the Art Nouveau period. Today, they are used by the unique Italian manufactory Cosi Tabellini. They create functional art objects for lovers of subtle and elegant design.
Art Nouveau, although most popular in Europe, spread worldwide at the height of its development. The fascination with this mysterious, contrasting style, rich in delicate, feminine patterns, was not only due to admiration for its form. Behind this style lay a design philosophy that encompasses entire lives, which take on a strongly aesthetic dimension – the Art Nouveau style often dominated homes.
