In harmony and without contradiction, the company has managed to combine the value of manual craftsmanship with the precision of the most advanced wood processing technologies. Bernardinello, the founder of the BBelle Italia brand, is located in Cerea, a few kilometers from Verona, in an area renowned for its tradition of {elegant|stylish} classic furniture since the early 20th century. Founded in 1975, the company now operates on approximately 11,000 square meters, divided into a warehouse of raw ready-to-ship furniture, a building dedicated to storing raw materials, finished and polished furniture, and finally a 3,500-square-meter laboratory.

Bernardinello is a leader in Italy in the production of classic-style furniture, and since January 2010, with its own brand "BBELLE ITALIA," it has also been offering its collections on international markets. New collections with modern and contemporary tastes have been added to the classic lines. All our products are made exclusively in our factory; we are responsible for every stage of processing.

The quality of our creations is guaranteed by the experience and expertise of our seasoned team. We pay particular attention to the selection of raw materials from which all our models are made. Finally, a very important stage that should not be overlooked is the finishing and lacquering process, where ancient techniques blend with the pursuit of increasingly innovative products that enhance the quality of finishes with the utmost respect for the environment.

We work with both classic and contemporary furniture styles, but in every case, we choose to produce only solid wood furniture with multilayer cross-sections for rounded elements.

Checking, controlling, and double-checking

Thanks to internal polishing, we can deliver to our clients either finished or raw furniture ready for painting. In any case, after thorough quality control, the furniture leaves our company. All components are checked individually at various stages of processing, and finished furniture is always professionally inspected before packaging. High standards of quality are essential for us.

All production takes place at our headquarters. Our collaborators are thoroughly familiar with the raw material and know how to select it, working and responding to the quality standards required by our brand. carefully select, follow the cut, and before use, subject it to selective quality control.
The main processing stages that turn wood into a Bbelle furniture piece are carried out directly in our factory and are monitored by key staff, as is always the case with all our furniture.
Design - The Birth of an Idea

Ideas are sketched and then developed using sophisticated design software. This initial and crucial phase of teamwork is fundamental; each proposal is evaluated, discussed, and then designed, checking its feasibility with 3D programs to assess the final product outcome. Also, in this first phase, the best solutions are explored to meet the specific requirements of clients, including bespoke projects and complex entire environment designs. Raw Material Selection and Cutting - Quality from the First Step

The wood used for production is first carefully selected; only the best pieces are cut to obtain the various components of the product. Choosing the wood is the first step toward quality. Only experts, skillfully monitoring each phase, can select the part of the timber that guarantees the durability and quality of our creations. After selecting and cutting the wood, we proceed to the next phase.

Inlay Work - Where the Identity of Each Piece of Furniture Is Born

Inlay is a type of decoration achieved through a highly fascinating technique that relies on harmonious contrast between different shades of wood or metal, mother-of-pearl, or any material that can give furniture a distinctive identity. Inlay involves carving into the wooden surface and inserting an essence of a different color or material to form decorative motifs. This intervention should be entrusted to an inlayer or a carpenter specialized in drawing, as the process requires great sensitivity and proven experience. The inlay can define the character of the furniture and make it unique.

Laser Cutting and Laser Engraving

An excellent technology for very precise interventions. The use of laser technology allows us to create inlays and details on the surface of furniture from our collections with extraordinary precision. Thanks to advanced machinery, we can carry out valuable processes that enhance each environment with uniqueness and personality.

High-resolution engraving achievable with laser is impossible with other methods, which is why we are equipped with machines for this type of processing, ensuring very high precision.

Shaping and Sandblasting - Furniture Profile

This stage of processing allows us, thanks to modern milling machines, to quickly produce semi-finished components that will later form our furniture. Milling is a mechanical processing method that alters the profile of a detail and is performed using numerically controlled devices. Providing the most modern machinery for this type of operation guarantees our company speed and high production capacity. Sanding is a complex operation performed with special tools. The goal of this phase is to prepare the wood for painting and significantly impacts the final effect. During this process, the wood surface is smoothed to eliminate traces of previous processing and prepare the material for subsequent phases.
Montaż (Assembly)

During the assembly phase, various parts of the furniture are joined together. This moment is truly delicate and must be executed solidly to achieve a harmonious and stable object. Our team specializes in assembling all types of furniture, whether smooth or carved, rounded or profiled. Each section must be precisely connected to the next; only then will the cabinet be fully functional after assembly.
