How Casa +39 Furniture is Made

Lacquered wardrobes: carpentry boards and/or panels (doors) made of chipboard with SIDES of variable thickness 25mm, BASES 25mm, COVERS 25mm, SHELVES 35/25mm, BACK 5mm,

DOORS 30/25/20mm. Painting with low-emission paints, painting and finishing at coverage levels 15-25-35-50 Gloss. Outer side: lacquered/patinated with handmade decorations. Inner side: partitions, shelves, tops, and backs: Tanganika walnut veneer and lacquered in the same color.

HARDWARE: adjustable, nickel-plated hinges, handles, and knobs finished in antique silver (Prestige), silver finish (Giulietta Silver), glossy gold finish (Fenice, Giulietta Gold, Rossini), and matte gold finish (Diamante) lacquered finish (Puccini) 

DECORATIONS: in wood mass.

Carved beds

Carved beds Puccini, Chopin, Beatrice, Rossini, Bellini, Diamante, Verdi, Vivaldi: solid wood construction. Gilded in gold/silver leaf or lacquered where applicable. Gilding/silvering obtained from a catalyzed base, water mission, gold/silver leaf, shellac, and water patina.

Chest of drawers, bedside tables, and lacquered storage in the living/bedroom area: E1 type wood agglomerate with low formaldehyde content, top MDF veneered and lacquered/patinated.

Handmade decorations.

Drawers: multilayer sides with a thickness of 14 mm; bottom made of lacquered plywood. Outer side: lacquered/patinated.
