Today's high-quality garden furniture is a complex product that has no equal compared to indoor furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To obtain high-quality products, materials and processes can only be the best available, and each phase has specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid Wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using milling machines, routers, tenoners, cutters, and sanders. The elements are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or using CNC, and finally welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting then go to the department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are woven by hand according to the desired pattern, at this stage only artisanal experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic Material

Polyethylene granules are introduced into the system, which, after mounting the necessary mold, creates the desired shape in a heating and cooling cycle, in a neutral or mass-colored shade.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with a powder coating line and a water painting line.

Stuffing

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from sheets of standard sizes and possibly reassembled to achieve complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and combined with the fabric.
