The Espressione collection features sophisticated writing instruments that expressively combine two precious materials: pearl resin, with added mother-of-pearl, and rhodium-plated finishes used in the body and sterling silver, which forms the clip. The expression of taste and style characteristic of Italian goldsmith artists is also reflected in the sterling silver clip, engraved with a diamond pattern of transverse rings. The collection impresses with a modern yet harmonious composition of other details: a clip end capped with a ball, a ring made of precious resin surrounding the disk with the 1912 logo crowning the clip, and the Montegrappa logo repeated three times on the body ring. The fountain pen is equipped with a 18-karat gold nib. All products from the new Espressione collection feature a octagonal shape and are decorated with a distinctive Greek meander pattern on the ring. The pen offers a double ink filling system: converter or ink cartridges, which is an additional advantage. The pen also features the ability to screw the clip onto the body for writing purposes.
