Tips:
1. Baking in the oven is safe up to 230°C.
2. Copper conducts heat well, so products only need 50-75% of the stove’s power. For gas stoves, we recommend placing pots on a lower flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When salting dishes, adding salt to a pot with cold water may cause pitting corrosion.
Recommendations:
1. Let pots and pans cool down before washing.
2. Do not wash copper pots in the dishwasher.
3. We do not recommend using cleaning products containing bleach.
4. Wash with warm water and detergent. After washing, dry with a soft cloth.
5. Over time, a patina may develop on copper. This does not affect the cooking process at all.
