The first is based on the idea that everyday objects should be aesthetic items, but above all functional, crafted in an elegant, simple manner – with symmetrical lines, from solid materials, where every element of the final form is carefully considered.
Art Nouveau is the complete opposite of Thistle – decorated items are a combination of functionality and artistic craftsmanship, elaborate Art Deco, and asymmetry.
