High-quality garden furniture today is a complex product unmatched by interior furniture. Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each stage following specific procedures and quality control phases.

Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawn logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Dowel Joints, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled using inlay and dowel joints, epoxy adhesives, and steel screws, and finished with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or with CNC machinery, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with only artisan experience guaranteeing the final product at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets, possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition to its new owner!

After-sales service

Even years after happy use, customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
