The first is based on the idea that utilitarian objects should be aesthetically pleasing, but primarily functional, crafted in an elegant, simple manner—with symmetrical lines, from solid materials, where every element of the final form is carefully considered.
Art Noveau is the complete opposite of Thistle—decorated items that combine functionality with artistic craftsmanship, elaborate Art Nouveau style, and asymmetry.
Century, on the other hand, is expressive, feminine, and highly original thanks to its rich references to various eras in design history.
