Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, Cutters, and Sanders. The elements are then joined using dado and tenon joints, epoxy adhesives, and steel screws, and then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern; at this stage, only artisan experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Upholstery

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to achieve complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with fabric.
