Description
The presented piece of furniture is as fantastical as the mythical griffin. It is an original combination of a bench and a console. You can comfortably sit on it or place a vase, and store keys and other everyday essentials in the drawer. The griffin is a very functional piece of furniture for the hallway. But it will also look dignified in the bedroom or living room and prove its usefulness.
I made the furniture from African zebrawood and wenge (drawer). The seat is made from natural wenge veneer and plywood.
Zebrawood features a contrasting cream-brown grain. Wenge wood is exceptionally hard and heavy, with a dark brown color. This combination makes the furniture very original and gives it an exotic character. The entire piece is finished with a high-quality polyurethane lacquer.
Each piece is unique and differs in grain pattern.
I craft each item by hand, using traditional carpentry techniques with attention to every detail (without automation or CNC). I ensure very high-quality craftsmanship! This is true artisanal work at a high level.
I love wood, and working with it is my passion.
"Griffin" is my original design, which was a finalist in the DIAMENT DESIGN 2015 competition.
I personally carry out all work. That’s why I have full control over every stage of order preparation.
The bench is available in two versions, with the drawer on the right or on the left side.

The drawer has a handle made of brass with a mountain crystal.

Shipping:
I ship the bench well-packaged in a secure crate made of MDF and HDF boards. I personally prepare all orders for shipment. I have extensive experience in this. My packing method is often appreciated by buyers.
