Current high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by interior furniture. Therefore, the manufacturing phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each stage following strict procedures and quality control phases.

Solid Wood

Boards obtained from sawed trunks are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Dowel Joints, Cutters, and Sanders. The elements are then assembled with dado and dowel joints, epoxy adhesives, and steel screws, and finished with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern; at this stage, only artisan experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic Material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral color or pigmented throughout.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with a powder coating line and a water-based painting line.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with other fabrics.

Assembly and Packaging

Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition to its new owner!

Even after years of happy use, customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
