MARIONI is a family story
Founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition, the company is now in its third generation. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate identity. Starting from ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its lines of interior accessories, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creativity in details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo's untimely death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and international expansion.
It was during this time that the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramics and textiles, and heralding success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products inspired by the past, but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that has positioned the brand to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR experiences.
In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s firstborn, joined the company as head of communication and quality, confirming ongoing generational evolution. Thus, the company moves into the present enriched with fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
